OutNorm Ventures Private Limited (“Chandvi”, “we”) operates chandvi.com. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Order information — name, delivery address, email, phone number, and what you bought.
• Payment information — handled entirely by our payment gateway. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Usage information — pages viewed and device data, through cookies and analytics.

Why we use it

To fulfil and deliver your order, to send order and delivery updates by email and WhatsApp, to answer support requests, to meet tax and accounting obligations, and — only if you opt in — to send occasional marketing.

Who we share it with

Only with parties who need it to deliver your order: our payment gateway, our logistics partners, and our messaging and email providers. We do not sell your personal data to anyone, ever.

Gift recipients

Where you send a piece as a gift, we use the recipient's details solely to deliver it and to let them register the piece for care and re-polishing. We do not market to a gift recipient unless they choose to hear from us.

Your rights

Write to hello@chandvi.com to access, correct or delete your data, or to unsubscribe from marketing. We act within 30 days. Records we must keep for tax law are retained for the statutory period.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS and payment data is handled by a PCI-DSS compliant gateway. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects you.
