Shipping policy

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation on working days. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are dispatched the next working day.

Charges

Shipping is free on all orders above ₹999. Below ₹999 a flat ₹79 applies, shown at checkout before payment.

Raksha Bandhan cut-off dates

Raksha Bandhan falls on Friday, 28 August 2026. To arrive before the day:

• Orders outside metro cities: place by 22 August 2026
• Orders to metro cities: place by 24 August 2026

We will not promise festival delivery after these dates. If you are ordering later than the cut-off, a Chandvi gift card is delivered by email in seconds and can be redeemed at any time.

Tracking

A tracking link is sent by email and WhatsApp at dispatch, and again when the parcel is out for delivery. If a parcel has not moved for 48 hours, write to us and we will chase it.

Payment

All orders are prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery at this time.
