By using chandvi.com or placing an order you agree to these terms. The site is operated by OutNorm Ventures Private Limited.

Products, weights and purity

Every piece is 925 sterling silver — an alloy of 92.5% silver, as the standard requires. We describe it as sterling silver or 925, never as “pure silver”.

The gram weight shown on each product page is the weight of that piece, verified on our scale and printed on the weight card in the box. A manufacturing tolerance of ±0.1g applies to handmade pieces. Where a piece is hallmarked, it carries a BIS mark and a HUID; hallmarking of silver is voluntary in India and we do it by choice.

Photography is representative. Handmade pieces vary slightly, and that is a property of the craft rather than a defect.

Prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Silver is a traded commodity and its price moves; we may revise prices at any time, but never after you have paid. The price you paid is the price of your order.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — where an item is out of stock, where a price or weight has been listed in error, or where we suspect fraud.

Delivery dates

Delivery estimates and festival cut-off dates are given in good faith and depend on our logistics partners. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control.

Intellectual property

The Chandvi name, designs, photography and site content belong to OutNorm Ventures Private Limited and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
