Shipping & Made-to-Order
Chandvi pieces are made to order and hallmarked before they leave our studio. Here is what to expect.
Made-to-order timelines
Most pieces are crafted and dispatched within 5–10 business days of your order being confirmed. Engraved and personalised pieces may take longer; the estimated dispatch window is shown on each product page.
Festival deadlines
For occasions such as Raksha Bandhan, please order by the cut-off date noted on the product page (Reserve by 18 August) so your piece arrives in time.
Shipping within India
We ship across India via insured, tracked courier. A tracking link is emailed on dispatch; typical transit is 2–5 business days.
International shipping
International orders ship via insured express courier. Duties and taxes at the destination are the recipient’s responsibility.
Insurance
All shipments are fully insured until delivery. If a parcel appears tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact care@chandvi.com.
