Chandvi pieces are made to order and hallmarked before they leave our studio. Please read the timelines below so you can plan gifting occasions with confidence.

 

Made-to-order timelines

Most pieces are crafted and dispatched within 5–10 business days of your order being confirmed. Engraved and personalised pieces may take longer; the estimated dispatch window is shown on each product page. For festival deadlines such as Raksha Bandhan, please order by the cut-off date noted on the product page.

 

Shipping within India

We ship across India via insured, tracked courier at no additional cost unless stated otherwise. A tracking link is emailed once your order is dispatched. Typical transit time is 2–5 business days after dispatch.

 

International shipping

International orders are shipped via insured express courier. Duties, taxes and customs charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. Transit times vary by destination.

 

Insurance & signature

All shipments are fully insured until delivery and may require a signature on receipt. If a parcel appears tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at care@chandvi.com.
