This website is operated by Chandvi. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

 

Products

All Chandvi pieces are hallmarked 925 sterling silver and made to order by hand. As each piece is crafted individually, slight variations in finish, weight and oxidation are inherent to handmade work and are not defects. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.

 

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Once a made-to-order or personalised piece has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Please review engraving details carefully before confirming your order, as we craft exactly what is submitted.

 

Pricing & payment

All applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payment must be received in full before a piece enters production.

 

Intellectual property

All designs, images, text and content on this site are the property of Chandvi and may not be reproduced without written permission.

 

Limitation of liability

Chandvi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by law.

 

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
